PREORDER

• Kindly be aware that, owing to the espresso machine's substantial size and weight, this order must be categorised as a preorder listing. Delivery will be arranged, and you can expect to receive it within 5-12 working days.

PRODUCT COVERAGE

• Warranty: This product includes a 6-month carry-in Standard Warranty starting from the order receipt date. You also have the option to extend the warranty coverage within 30 days of order receipt.

• Please be aware that returns and exchanges do not cover the following:

(a) Damage caused by accidents, unauthorised repairs, or modifications.

(b) Damage resulting from abuse or improper care.

(c) Normal wear and tear.

(d) Failure to operate the product correctly.

(e) Failure to follow cleaning instructions.

(f) Failure to comply with specified safeguards.

(g) Inconsistencies due to manufacturer decisions.

(h) Change of mind requests made after placing the order.

(i) Defects identified after seven days from order receipt.

(j) Any refunds issued after seven days from order receipt.

(k) Exceptional cases: 10% restocking fee for non-compliance on returns and exchanges, includes preference-based returns.

• Our Standard Warranty provides comprehensive coverage for manufacturing defects, servicing, repairs, labour, and a replacement unit if needed. Replacements are limited to one piece per order. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase.

• We will address any manufacturing defects that may arise within seven days of receiving your order. This timeframe allows sufficient opportunity for customers to thoroughly inspect their purchase. Please note that our policy operates on a carry-in basis, which means it is the customer's responsibility to bring the product to our office for inspection and servicing.
