Cancellations:

Delivery Timeline:

All pre-order items will arrive in Singapore and delivered 40 days or more from date of order confirmation (with exception of Force Majeure).

Condition of items:

The purchasers hereby acknowledge and accept all items purchased including handbags, small leather goods, accessories and footwear may have visible glue stains / marks, minor scratch on leather or hardware despite our efforts on quality control / checks at the boutique during our purchases. Colour differences between actual item and photo/video taken may occur due to lighting conditions. These reasons shall not constitute for exchange or refund unless agreed by Modish.
